coffee pro-tips!

1. use fresh beans kept in an air-tight room temp container. don't freeze them. freezing them ruins the oils. grind them just before you make the coffee. this ensures you don't have stale grounds.

2. when the coffee machine is done making the coffee, immediately take the grounds out. this keeps unwanted oils from dripping into your coffee pot.  you will notice your cup has no polution floating around in it and it will taste great.

this will help you stay away from whorebucks.

it's not hard to make good coffee.

Lately I've been working on a bit more art.  Trips to Tallahassee have been helping a lot.  It also helps that I just got a cannon 40d.  I'm going to have to take a lot of good pictures to make up for it, Nava said.  So there is one at the top of this post of kelly's fish being a zombie.
