Day 1: today i start a 90 day period of fitness and healthiness, or however long it takes to get a six-pack. i'm going to try to log as much as i can. i started using a site called fit day to keep track of all the foods that i've eaten and all the exercising that i am doing. i'm also taking pictures that i won't release until i have a six-pack, so i can look back at the first one and go "OH MY GAWD. THAT WAS ME!? wtffffff. i can't believe i had that much fat."
